We will start this journey through a questionnaire. The objective of this questionnaire is for me to get to know and understand your goals in order for me to create the best possible strategies for you and I to achieve those goals.

BOOK YOUR CLASS

We will book a consultation and workout in accordance to you goals you established in the previous step. Together we will put the strategies in action in order to start your journey and acheieve your goal.

ACHIEVE YOUR GOAL

The final step of this journey, you will achieve your goals and understand everything you need in order to maintain this new lifestyle in order to maintain your goals and better yourself!

ABOUT ME

Since I was a I kid, I never had any problems with weight gain, weight loss nor any health issues.

I lived a very normal life and I was not an active gym person around my 20s.

But surprisingly at the age of 21 after I had a “physical”…I was told that I had high cholesterol and given two choices.
1. Start taking medicine to control my cholesterol.
2. Exercise and make better choices about my nutrition. A new lifestyle.
The choice for me was obvious!!

Despite the fact that I never worked out in my life and that I was not even sure if I would like it…I ended up loving it!!
The physical and mental estimation was a great wake up call into turning my lifestyle around.

For me exercising was not about changing my body but improving my health… but in the long run the benefits of my life change made my body stronger and in a better shape.
This is what I believe in and I try to teach my clients how important it is to change and live a healthy lifestyle.
Our bodies are a reflection of our actions!!

If we take good care of it… it will take care of you not only physically but emotionally.
